Opici Marsala is produced to the Opicis specifications by one of the most respected family-owned wineries in Sicily. The secret to its unique excellence is that it is made without the addition of caramel coloring or flavor stretchers, such as Mistrella or Sifone (a combination of grape juice and alcohol). Opici Marsala gets its rich golden color from blending in older reserves of Marsala. Both the sweet and dry Marsala are excellent for drinking or kitchen use.
