The 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve has deep, highly extracted color and dark fruit character of ripe black cherry and cassis. Violet, mineral and truffle nuances add complexity to the profound aromas, deep, rich flavors and lingering finish. Seventeen months of aging in willow-hoop, French oak château barrels added vanilla and toasty oak accents.

| Our 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is made from our finest Napa Valley vineyards, with half the grapes selected from Robert Mondavi’s historic To Kalon Vineyard. The wine was fermented in a traditional oak tank, aged for 17 months in French oak château barrels and bottled without filtration.
